Urban Angel is always looking to buy work from its customers. We offer a very simple cash or exchange policy.

If you require cash (BACS) payment for the item you wish to sell, we will offer you 65% of our sales price of that piece.

If you are looking to buy a new piece from us, we will offer you 75%, which will be deducted from the total value of your new purchase.

 For example, if you wish to sell us a print that we sell for £1000, we will offer you £650 cash (BACS) or £750 exchange. If you choose to exchange, the £750 will be deducted from the total value of your new work(s).

 If you would like to exchange, and we do not currently have the item you are looking for, we will issue you a credit note for the value of your piece. The credit note must be used within 12 months from the date issued. If you buy a piece of a lower value than the credit note, you will receive a new credit note for the balance, which will then be valid for a further 12 months.

If the item you are looking to sell is not currently listed on our site, then please contact us via info@urbanangel.com and we will give you a quote by reply.
