Urban Angel offers its customers a consignment selling service. This enables you to use our website to sell your artwork at an agreed price and once sold, Urban Angel will take a 20% commission fee of the final sales price. This fee applies to pieces priced at £5,000 or lower. The commission fee is negotiable on works over £5,000.

If applicable, we will pay DACS the relevant charge out of our 20% fee, meaning you receive a full 80% of the final sales price.

All charges are subject to VAT.

The buyer pays directly into our Client Account, and after our fees, the balance is transferred to the seller.

This is a great way for you to sell your work without the hassle of selling through an auction house or online auction website. We will deal with all of the customer enquiries and keep you fully updated with a weekly sales-progress report.

If after a certain time period you decide that you no longer wish to sell your artwork, you simply drop us an email and we will remove it from our website.

For legal reasons, we must state which items are consignment stock within our website. However, your personal details will not be given to any potential buyer.

It is also necessary for you to supply full provenance for any consignment artwork, as Urban Angel is not authorised to provide provenance on pieces we do not own ourselves.

Urban Angel will gladly offer you a cash (BACS) price for the piece you are selling, so you are not tied to the consignment option.
