Born and raised on the Dark Continent of Africa and later educated on the streets of London, Mantis travels across the globe gazing out in reverie at the world like a cultural anthropologist leaving behind him his thoughts in the form of street paintings, a devious but often insightful reminder of life's grim realities.

Although full of hope his work rides and questions on the darker edge of the social conscience.
